What your class will be like

  1. Classes normally begin with Chi Gong, the science of developing internal energy.
  2. Stretching (developing flexibility is  crucial). 
  3. Review of Basic Techniques.
  4. Aerobic activity and or strength training.
  5. Forms and Patterns.
  6. Self-Defense applications. 
  7. Drills
  8. Forms repeated.

Classes are vigorous but fun and safe. It's a place where friendships are made and a sense of community develops.
